Liga MX Femenil viewing guide: 2023 Apertura, Week 11

Heading into the international break, there is some great viewing coming our way this weekend. No Monday games, and all but a few should be (legally!) visible in México, while ViX will be carrying four games with one on the FOX Sports app here in the United States.

Among the best viewing should be Necaxa and Santos, who are about at the same level, and both should think they can get a win over a weaker opponent. Monterrey and Pachuca should be fun as well, since both have underperformed a bit this season but are full of talent. Pumas and Toluca is another matchup of teams at about the same level, however these teams are desperately searching for points to keep them in the Liguilla race.

Game of the Week

It’s (one of?) the Clásico Nacional. Both teams are in the top three of the league, and Chivas could also overtake América for second place in the league, depending on the score. But it won’t be that easy of course. América’s only blemish so far this season was a 3-1 loss to Tigres, while Chivas got draws against Tijuana, Tigres, and San Luis this season but no losses.

All of this goes out the window however when these two teams face off against one another. And it should be (legally!) visible everywhere thanks to América’s Facebook stream as well as ViX in the Americas.
