Sorry it’s been a minute since I published one of these. Life has been rather chaotic and getting this published last week simply wasn’t in the cards. But enough about me, on to the news.

Atlas has been divested from Grupo Orlegi (owners of Santos Laguna and Sporting Gijón in Spain) and is now run by PRODI Sports & Entertainment Group.
Speaking of Atlas, they released their preseason schedule, with just two games on the docket.
Atlético San Luis announced three preseason friendlies, against Rayadas, Tigres, and Tijuana.
Necaxa also released their preseason schedule. They lost their first match 3-1 against Atlas.
Cruz Azul demolished Los Borregos de Tecnológico de Monterrey 15-0. The heavy scoreline should be encouraging for fans of La Máquina, but it was a college team so don’t put too much stock into it.
